Partnership and Change Management are an everyday part of our world. Applying existing resources, created by and for the Employment Services sector, can make these realities easier and more efficient for you and your teams.

Join ODEN in a 3-part series that discusses:

Partnership – the What, Why, How, and Who
Change Management – the What, Why, When, and How
Partnership and Change in Action – guests from the sector will discuss their experiences in developing partnerships and in navigating change.

You can register for the full series or for individual events. All sessions are an online, interactive lunch and learn model. Bring your food and your notebook and join colleagues from across the province.

Main Goal for the series:

  • Understand the purpose and benefits of Partnership

  • Understand the foundation of Change Management

  • Be able to utilize the resources in ODEN’s guidebooks and on the KTT Hub for your future needs
