In Canada, almost 50% of adults have or have experienced a permanent or temporary physical disability or live with someone who has.
Nova Scotia Inclusive Employment Collaborators (NSIEC) wants:
All members of our community understand the benefits of accessibility and inclusion for all people.
All members of our community to know the rights and responsibilities of employers, employees, and employment support service providers with regard to accessibility, inclusion and providing services to employment-bound individuals.

Training to Employees and Other Persons
NSIEC will provide training to employers, employees and other persons, on accessibility and human rights in employment, for persons with disabilities and other persons experiencing marginalization.
Nova Scotia Inclusive Employment Collaborators are able to provide training to employers, employees and other persons regarding respect in the workplace, including anti-discrimination and anti-harassment.
